Waiting Area guidelines

​At Silver Oak family Practice, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment to all patients and staff.

• When you arrive to your appointment, please press the camera doorbell and a member of staff will let you in.

• Our waiting area is small, so we kindly ask you to not arrive more than five minutes before the start of your appointment to prevent an overcrowded waiting area.

• Our clinic is busy, so please wait patiently as we aim to provide the best service to every patient.

• Please respect the comfort and privacy of other patients. We kindly ask you to not use your mobile phone to make any pictures or videos in the waiting area. We also ask that you do not make lengthy or loud phone calls in the waiting area.

We kindly remind patients and visitors that abusive, aggressive or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated in the clinic or waiting area. Those who engage in such behaviour may be asked to leave and, if necessary, further action will be taken.
